- Can Stellar HMRI replace our existing PMS?
- Yes. Migration is part of standard setup: we move rooms, rate plans, guest profiles and forward bookings, then run both systems in parallel until you are comfortable cutting over.
- How long does implementation take?
- Most independent properties are live within a week. Larger groups take longer, mainly because of data migration and staff training rather than the software itself.
- Does it work on a tablet at the desk?
- Yes. The app is responsive and installable, so it runs on a desktop at the front office and on a tablet for housekeeping rounds.
